Lemon Chicken Sunday!

Hello, Ladies!

Let me just share with you the food I prepared for dinner. My aunt, who lives with us, marinated pecho chicken in calamansi (Philippine Lemon), fish sauce and pepper. I grilled it using a microwave oven and coated it with butter till it's golden brown. Since it has a tangy flavor I decided to make corn with melted cheese, as a side dish, to balance out the flavor.

Served with hot rice and Coca Cola! :P

Here are some pictures.

Sadya yung makalat na effect. LOL
