If you were talking about the Sophie Martin lipsticks, I can give you the contact number of the online seller. Iya Alonzo: +639063010555 or +639051200277. In facebook, you can add her profile: Aila andcompany (yup, that's how it's spelled- no spaces between "and" & "company". I hope that helps. She gave me a really good deal (to think that it was my first time to buy from her). The regular price was Php 79 but she sold them at Php70 each. :) And shipping was only 40-50 pesos. :) I received the package day after I paid. :) Payment method through Gcash and Bank deposits. :) Happy Shopping!

Pinks and Red: Sophie Martin Lipstick Review
As promised I'll be reviewing the Sophie Martin Lipsticks that I bought few days ago. I decided to review the pinks and red first because girls love PINKS. Right? Pinks look cute and sassy on lips. Let's see if this Php 70 lipstick can meet our expectations for a good lipstick.

In terms of it's packaging, I compared it to the other brands that I had. Packaging was really nice. Although it would be best if they place color identification on the packaging so that I can easily identify it with the other shades I have. For example, since I have tons of shades from Nyx, I don't have a hard time looking for the shade I want because they have a sample color on the bottom part of the lipstick. Remember, I bought 7 of Sophie Martins. If I want summer pink, I need to look at each label which is a little bit tedious for me.
SMELL:
Sophie Martin lipsticks smell like candy! No issue about the smell when I apply them on my lips. :)
PRICE:
HOW LOW CAN YOU ASK FOR? The regular price was Php 79 but the seller gave them to me at Php 70 each. It was so affordable that I bought 7 shades. BEAT THAT! I initially wanted to buy NYX but it costs more and I might not be able to buy all the shades that I want so I looked for another option. When I saw Sophie Martin Lipstick, I knew right then that I need to buy them. :)

Out of all the shades, Russian red is my least favorite. I'm a fan of red lipstick but I don't look good wearing one. Furthermore, the colors fade after one or two hours. So if you're into lasting lip colors, this might be an issue for you.
But you can coat it with lip gloss to extend its lasting effect.
I applied each shade on my lips. And BTW, I did not put lip gloss here. :)
SUMMER PINK

RUSSIAN RED
What do you think, girls? Would you like to try these lipsticks? Summer Pink is my favorite! :)

Brow Girl: Thick or thin?
I love thick brows. I don't know how many times I mentioned this in my blog. But I know I mentioned it a lot. I just want to show you, girls, my transformation whenever I shape my brows.
Eye brows shape your eyes and it can shape your face as well. For me, thin brows don't look good on me because they only emphasize my small eyes. At the same time they make me look more mature and older. So I decided that if I'm going to shape my brows, I want thick ones. I want them to appear longer and thicker.
To illustrate here's a picture of me with and without shaping my brows.

See the difference?
Here's another picture.
I look better with thicker brows. For those who might be wondering, I did experience having thinner brows. Although it didn't look that bad, thinner brows make my eyes look puffy. -_- So I'm not comfortable looking like I just woke up or I cried all night. :P
I use brow pencil that is one shade lighter than my hair color. And I'm also using brow powder to lighten it more. :P
Current Brand is Nichido Brow Liner And Maybelline Brow Definist.
So. Hurray for thick brows. :)
Have a nice day everyone! :)

7 Good Looking Lipsticks

My interest in Sophie Martin Lipsticks started when I read this Blog: MAKEUPLOVE.
The lipsticks were incredibly cheap and they looked so good so I wanted to try them. Luckily, I remember that I added an online seller on facebook who sells Sophie Martin Products. The regular price was Php 79 but the seller gave me a discount at Php 70 each. I was so happy I ordered 7 lipsticks and at the same time I saved shipping fees. I only paid Php 40 for the shipping.
My first impression was the packaging looked so cute. Of course I didn't expect it to be sturdy or expensive looking but I won't be ashamed to take these out of my make up kit at all.
Labels were at the bottom. They looked like they could be easily removed so I need to store them nicely in my lipstick kit. A nice thing about the label was it included the manufacturing date.
Here are some pictures of the 7 lipsticks I bought. I edited the pictures so that it will show the real colors and shades. I'm planning to review these lipsticks in batches later so that I'll be able to produce better and detailed swatches. As for now, enjoy these good looking lipsticks!

If you're interested to any of these shades, just post a feedback as to which batch you want me to review first. Is it Nudes and Peaches or Pinks and Red?
Thanks for reading! Have a great day!

Maggie's Banoffee Pie
YUM! I made my own Banoffee Pie!
I've already made a total 5 pies just last weekend. As a matter of fact, it was my first time to bake a pie. I was very skeptical if I'd be able to produce a mouthwatering piece. And I guess my worry came from a fact that I didn't like cooking or baking before.
I didn't like cooking because prep period was quite tedious and messy. I never thought I could survive the kitchen on my own. When our maid went on vacation this summer I was somehow "forced" to cook for the family. I am the only girl so it was quite a shame if I won't be of any help in the household. My mother wrote down some recipes I could follow so that after work (family business) I'd go straight home to cook for dinner. The first main dish I cooked was "Sinigang na Baboy". I wasn't confident with what I was doing so I just concentrated on the recipe and kept on tasting the dish. [I have good taste buds. Credits to being Kapampangan!] To everyone's surprise, I was able to make a good tasting sinigang. My father was very pleased cause he was the one who thought I didn't know any kitchen work. But I really knew how to cook at least the basics of cooking. It's just that I didn't like it before. After hearing the good comments from my relatives, I felt the urge to explore cooking and baking.
Truly, a way to anyone's heart is through the stomach. :)
I made three pies for the first batch. I gave one to Nani's Dad as a birthday gift then I left the other two at home for my family. The pies only lasted for 2 days so I made another batch and I'm so happy my family loved them all!
The second batch was more of a personalized banoffee pie. I actually made a mistake of buying Evaporada instead of Condensed Milk so I wasn't able to create a toffee out of it. The label was Kremdensada so that sounded closer to Condensada than Evaporada Milk.. but I was wrong. Despite the mistake it still tasted good. I also melted marshmallows on top of the whipped cream since I love marshmallows. It was not a part of the regular recipe... but why not? LOVE MARSHMALLOWS!!!
I made the crust a bit chewy by adding cream to the crushed grahams. My mom liked crust that she ate it first before the filling.
:) I love Banoffee Pie... And I shared that love to my family. This was their first time to eat banoffee pie. As for me, I don't have to crave for Starbucks Banoffee pie since I can bake it on my own. Too bad I wasn't able to taste the last pie because my brothers didn't keep a slice for me. -_- I guess they're demanding for more pies this weekend.
Thanks for reading!
Have a great week! ^__^

What are you fighting for right now?
I'm fighting for... my family and love ones. Especially after my brother's very unfortunate incident last week wherein he was stabbed FOUR times, I want to protect my family. I WANT JUSTICE.
Wow. you're boyfriend's gwapo. kinda young though. college na ba cya? anyways he's cute, good job! I wudn't regret anything too if im with him. Good luck to you guys and wishing you a lifetime of happiness together.

Here's the link to my love blog post. ^__^ enjoy reading!
Hiya! I just came across ur blog, and I read that you are a law student. I am an aspiring law student as well. What law school are you attending in? or what law school do you think is the best? hehe (: Thankyou much! It myt help me decide too (:
Hello! Thanks for reading my blog. I'm very happy to know that you want to be a lawyer someday! I'll be attending San Beda College of Law this coming school year. The good things I can tell about San Beda are 1) the tuition fee is reasonable, 2) it has the highest passing rate this year (very competitive rate for the past years), 3) it has an impressive faculty (well-known Law Professors as well) and lastly, 4) it is considered one of the best law schools in the country. Your second question is really tough because I know for sure... even schools are not built perfect. If you really want to be a good lawyer, the best piece of advice that I can give you is to reflect more on yourself rather than the school you'd want to attend to. In the end, it's really YOU who will work hard to earn the title and the profession. Even the brightest lawyers of today make tremendous mistakes in our country (talk about politics and government *wink*). Hope my answer helps :)

Pinoy's CHAMP
I watched the payperview of Manny's fight @ MGM Grand and I was so excited PACQUIAO VS MOSLEY. Although Many and Sugar Shane were the main highlight of the night, I just couldn't convince myself that Mosley gave a good fight. I saw that Manny was trying to throw good and fast punches but Mosley simply defended himself and did few punches that barely affected Manny's performance.
Despite that boring fight, I still enjoyed VASQUEZ VS ARCE because the last two rounds were breathtaking. I JUST WANT TO SHOUT AND SAY, " SIGE BANATAN MO NA!" I was expecting this kind of fight with Manny and Mosley. I even thought Manny would give Mosley an "early retirement" or should I say... "a good night sleep". Anyhow, I was happy to see Manny win the fight. He was really determined and focused. I just love it whenever I see him do the sign of the cross. Nothing is impossible with GOD.
BTW, last night my brother gave me an installer of Lightroom and I was very impressed.
And before I forget I want to greet all the moms out there.... HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
I love you Mama! :)
